Mix the flour, semolina and baking. Pour the olive oil and mix well. Add juice, zest and brandy. Knead and mold melomakarona. Put them in a greased pan or lined with waxed paper. Bake at 180 degrees until lightly browned. Take them out of the oven and prepare the syrup. Put a pot of honey and water and stir zestenete. A pinch of cloves
1 cup. tea walnuts broken
