7 tsp. tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
A large onion, chopped 1
juice of half a lemon
2 / 3 cup hot water
115 grams long grain rice
3 tbsp. tablespoon chopped fresh dill

and even a few sprigs for garnish.
Wash the spinach carefully several times until the water remains clean, and let it drain in colander. Shake them to leave the water and cut into large pieces. Put the oil to burn in a large saucepan and saute onion and spinach and then a few minutes.
As soon as the leaves are soft, add the lemon, the proportion of water and let it boil. Add rice and half the dill, cover and cook food over low heat for 10 minutes or until rice is tender. If you seem too dry, add some hot water. Serve garnished with dill, hot or at room temperature.
